The Humboldt County Development Association offers shovel-ready industrial land for development. HCDA currently has three industrial parks, the Northwest Industrial Park, the Humboldt Business Park and 133 acres recently acquired for development, known as Three Rivers Industrial Park. While the Northwest Industrial Park and the Humboldt Business Park offer land with full utility access, the Humboldt Business Park also offers highway frontage and commercial lots. The Northwest Industrial Park offers industrial land in an established industrial park. In addition, Three Rivers Industrial Park offers build-to-suit lots until platted.
